Family-Friendly Fun at Santa’s Wonderland

December 07, 2017

Now in its twentieth year, Santa’s Wonderland is a College Station tradition and one of the biggest Christmas attractions in all of Texas. With dazzling decorations, rides, games, music, food, and shopping, there’s something for everyone at this one-of-a-kind holiday park, open now through January 17. You can hop onto Santa’s Hayride Tour for stunning views of millions of decoratively arranged Christmas lights, or opt for the more romantic VIP Horse and Carriage Tour. Kids will race to visit Santa in his authentic North Pole cottage, and if you arrive in the afternoon when the park first opens, you can even watch Mr. and Mrs. Claus make their grand horse-and-carriage entrance. Rides include a mechanical bull, a toboggan chute, the West Pole Express, and the tallest mountain slide in all of Texas. The Nostalgic Texas Foods at Frostbite’s Food Village include mouthwatering Texas BBQ, fajita burritos, and hand tossed pizza pies. For dessert, there’s homemade fudge, funnel cakes, pies, ice cream, hot cocoa, and much more. Live, local musicians will be on stage entertaining all night every night with the best Christmas hits, and adults will love the Wonderland Winery and the more than 10,000-square-feet of indoor shopping.
