A Kid-Friendly Halloween

October 08, 2017

Fall is one of our favorite times of year at the Stella Hotel, and nothing cheers us more than the sight of little goblins and ghouls ready to gobble down their trick-or-treats. For any guests looking to scare up some family-friendly Halloween fun, we recommend the following activities:

Fall Festival and Haunted House

This annual event hosted by the Lincoln Recreation Center promises face painting, cookie decorating, a cupcake walk, and a kinda-but-not-too-scary Haunted House. All ages are invited, and kids will enjoy free food and drink. Thursday, Oct. 24, 5:30 – 8 P.M., 1000 Eleanor St., College Station

Night at the Museum

The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum is proud to welcome all to another Trick-or-Treat and Children’s Costume Contest. Kids 12 and under get in free. Sunday, Oct. 27, 3 - 6 P.M., 1000 George Bush Dr W, College Station

Post Oak Mall’s Trick-or-Treat

Take your little ghouls and ghosts trick-or-treating in a fun, safe environment. Participating merchants will be doling out as much free candy as the kids can eat (and, of course, that the parents allow). Thursday, Oct. 31, 5 – 7 P.M., 1500 Harvey Rd, College Station
